Healing from pain often happens when there is a sense that feelings and experiences are understood by a non-judgmental person who bears witness to pain.  Therapy is a place where listening transforms pain into wisdom.  The wisdom acquired helps you see and feel things from different perspectives and thus, becomes a gift to take with you in your present and future life.

I am a California licensed psychotherapist offering individual therapy to individuals who wish to obtain greater personal well being. I am a guest speaker on eating disorders in school classrooms.  I also speak about spirituality, life transitions, and grief and loss.

Currently, I facilitate week-end retreats at a small country house hotel, Plas Uchaf, on the Welsh Borders and offer a brand new service in Oswestry to both Wynnstay Gym members and the public on the body-mind-food connection.  The services help to identify personal obstacles that make it hard for someone to take care of their body including food choices and consistent exercise.
