Life transitions are often a calling to live in a more conscious way that involves self-examination to reflect on choices made and choices you are going to make; some of which are life altering. When the moment is ripe for us to hear, then the word is spoken. There is an ancient Chinese proverb that states when the right word is spoken; it will be heard a thousand miles away. Perhaps the right word is always being spoken, but it takes our readiness to hear. Often when we make transitions in life, we are asked to examine what agendas, dependencies, expectations and sabotaging complexes are at work. It is our inner choices that most define our lives. Types of transitions are: - Mid-life
- Divorce
- Death
- Moving
- Marriage
- Coping with long-term illness
- Going to university
- Weight loss
